With over 25 years of experience in developing and managing patient support programs, Diane brings both a breadth and depth of knowledge and expertise that will drive forward RareMed’s mission to deliver world-class care to patients suffering from complex conditions.
In her role, Diane leads a cross-functional team dedicated to the design, build, and launch of patient support program solutions. Her approach emphasizes pairing best practices in implementation with truly creative and custom-tailored solutioning to ensure that partners receive not just a service, but exceptional patient and partner service. From guiding new customers through the intricacies of scope and requirements to designing customized support programs to overseeing operational readiness and post-launch support, Diane’s leadership will enhance our sterling commitment to patient and partner satisfaction.
Diane’s impressive track record speaks for itself. Before joining RareMed in 2023, she served as Vice President of Patient Support Services at Two Labs, where she directed a talented team in crafting strategies and operational oversight for patient support programs. Her experience also includes pivotal roles in customer engagement and implementation for a major hub services provider, where she led dozens of new product launches, program transitions, and tactical implementations.
With a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Diane’s strong foundation and extensive leadership experience position her to drive innovation and excellence for RareMed partners and patients.
