Key Components of Rare Future Leaders

“It’s exciting that we are launching the 3rd Cohort of Rare Future Leaders (RFL).  This program is unique because of the combination of learning methods mixed with the knowledge and first-hand experience of RareMed Leaders.  Graduates from prior cohorts were challenged, encouraged, and mentored in ways that prepared them to lead from where they are, grow their skills, and, in some cases, earn promotions.  This cohort’s participants are in position to excel!  Thank you to all the leaders who continue to contribute.  YOU make Rare Future Leaders possible!” said Evan Tachoir, Learning & Development Specialist and Rare Future Leaders Coordinator at RareMed.

Cohort 3 of the Rare Future Leaders program is poised to make a substantial impact on the company and the industry. With their diverse backgrounds, innovative spirits, and commitment to social responsibility, these future leaders are well-equipped to tackle the challenges of tomorrow and drive positive change in the world today.
