RareMed Solutions is proud to announce that the company is continuing to deliver benchmark-setting Patient Satisfaction with another impressive performance in Managed Market Insights & Technology\u2019s (MMIT) quarterly patient satisfaction survey. RareMed\u2019s overall Net Promotor Score (NPS) of 92 significantly outperformed nearly all of the specialty pharmacy service providers in the nationwide survey. RareMed strives to consistently deliver patient satisfaction with NPS scores well into the 90s and is in constant contention for the #1 spot nationwide.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

RareMed is exceptionally proud to report that among the surveyed patient population, the company received zero detractors, with nearly 80% of patients reporting they would be <\/span>very <\/span><\/i>unhappy if they were forced to change providers. RareMed stands apart from its competitors as demonstrated by the fact that <\/span>zero <\/span><\/i>patients reported that they would be very happy to switch providers, whereas nearly all other companies saw at least 5% of patients reporting they would be very happy to switch.<\/span><\/p>\n
