Team RareMed was proud to host a company-wide Virtual Town Hall on Friday June 22nd. Nearly 90% of the team joined in to hear updates from different departments, learn about future growth, and ask questions to senior leaders. RareMed prides itself on maintaining an award-winning, values-driven company culture. Transparency is a hallmark of that culture, and it was on display at the event, as department leaders shared updates across the organization and fielded questions about the future.

A number of RareMed employees received rewards for participating in our internal referral program that assists with recruiting to keep pace with growth driven by recent opportunities.
Initiatives of our Values & Culture Committee were announced, including a recently-announced time-off program where employees can take time off to support charitable organizations.
New developments from our technology team were unveiled.
RareMed announced the Fellows that will be joining the organization as a part of the RareMed Fellowship Program.
CEO Dr. Gordon Vanscoy and President Doug Gebhard emceed the event and fielded a variety of questions from team members. The event closed with a wave of appreciative comments flooding the event chat. We are proud to stand beside our teammates and represent Team RareMed!
