On Friday, June 23rd, RareMed Solutions celebrated the official opening of its new state-of-the-art facility located at 200 Industry Drive in Pittsburgh. The facility, previously home to Dick’s Sporting Goods, has been completely transformed and customized to house RareMed’s award-winning team and to accommodate the growth of our complex disease focused patient support programs and the RareMed Direct Pharmacy. The space also represents the addition of 140% more space to RareMed’s footprint in the Pittsburgh area.
The celebration on Friday marked RareMed’s official move into the new space and was an incredible success, with over 200 team members and partners visiting to celebrate with food, games, a bounce house, and more! Highlights of the evening included an official ribbon-cutting ceremony, the debut of RareMed’s amenity center, featuring a game room and fitness center, and a visit from Caustelot Creamery’s ice cream truck!
Clouds gave way to sunshine as RareMed CEO Dr. Gordon Vanscoy gave a heartwarming speech highlighting the never-ending hard work and dedication of Team RareMed, specifically calling out projects both ongoing and recently completed by different departments. Dr. Vanscoy also highlighted the endless work of the RareMed team members, without whom RareMed as we know it would not, and could not, exist.
As a team, we are indescribably excited for what the future holds for the company. We are looking to the future from a beautiful new home with a positive outlook and have many exciting things on the horizon.
